Gentle Beginner Yoga
Learn stretches, poses, holds combined with meditation to relax, tone, strengthen, increase flexibility, and align mind and body.
This is a great 60 minute class for those that have never done yoga or are very new to it. It is a Gentle/Beginner level. Bring a yoga mat, water and maybe a small towel. Ladies wear yoga pants or capris and athletic tops/tank tops, men wear t-shirt, microfiber shirts or tank top and stretch fabric shorts, no zippers or buttons.

All students must pre-register for classes. If you cannot attend class, please de-register at least TWO HOURS prior to the start of class to avoid charge.
