Gentle Beginner Yoga
Learn stretches, poses and holds combined with meditation to relax, tone, strengthen, increase flexibility, and align mind and body.
This 60-minute gentle/beginner level class is great for those who have never done yoga or are very new to it. Bring a yoga mat, water and a small towel. Ladies, wear yoga pants or capris and athletic tops/tank tops; men, wear t-shirts, microfiber shirts or tank tops and stretch fabric shorts. No zippers or buttons.
